Nuskhe by Paras endeavours to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund process will be initiated after a check by Nuskhe By Paras of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered.
• Refund shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
• Refund will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.
• In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order it can be processed through bank transfer as per bank details provided by client or can be credited to the customer’s  account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.
