I am a user of this amazing facewash from past three years but eversince the new packaging is introduced,i find the quality degraded. The consistency is not that good as it used to be which gives lesser foam and cleansing and also the pump gives you more than the required amount which leads to more consumption of product in lesser days.
It could be a marketing strategy but it is disappointing to see such a good product losing on the quality.
